Creating Powerful Connections

In this Virtual Brew episode, Anthony Cotter talks about his journey from being homeless and an addict in New York to running his vegan business Whole Life Goals.

Anthony’s life has faced some astonishing adversity but he talks about how one book brought him to make changes that led him to become a vegan business leader.

We also chat about how powerful connections can be to improve our lives and also build a strong business. These connections are at the core of his business, Whole Life Goals to help others lead better, more balanced lives.

Four Elements For Balance

For Anthony, there are four elements you need to focus on and where one or more of these aspects is out of balance, you can find someone to help you bring it back into alignment.

These are:

  • Movement
  • Meals
  • Mind
  • and Money

Anthony explains that over this life he’s made sure he’s qualified and worked in each of these areas so that he can help more people.

We chat about values in business and how that helps people connect with each other. Then by connecting with the right people, you can make better life decisions.

Content The Way You Want It

Anthony discusses his approach to content marketing and why he approaches it from the angle of doing what he loves rather than what he thinks he should be doing.

Plus, how his website can help vegan service providers promote their own social media to the right people.

Anthony explains why he got rid of Facebook 12 years ago and has taken most social media apps off his phone over the years and now only uses it for business

We also chat about the reasons behind why we do social media and what you can do when you don’t like social media.

Anthony also touches on the importance of setting goals. How the right goals can help us create a level of flow and calm in our lives. These goals can lead us down a certain path and that helps us make different choices.

This, in turn, helps us spread positivity and make other small changes in the world.
